Elai translates into English as “leaf”. Since ages, it’s a customary tradition of serving meal on banana plantain leaves. With the cornerstone concept in serving authentic Indian food, Elai has marked its successful first step at Basingstoke. The Basingstoke community will always occupy a special place in our heart for the consistent love we receive. The wholehearted acceptance of our guests and Indian food lovers had inspired us in taking a further step ahead, spreading the taste of India to Salisbury.

Elai Salisbury introduces you to the diverse cuisines of Kerala that will tickle all your senses to feel the authenticity and fusion of God’s own country at its best.
